By creating an account or otherwise accessing Meridian Agent Success Tracker™, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a brokerage, team, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

Meridian Agent Success Tracker™ is a behavioral operating system for real estate professionals. It exists to support consistency, momentum, and leadership through structured daily routines, transparent tracking, and coaching visibility — not to replace your judgment, relationships, or production strategy.

• Provide accurate, current information when registering and maintaining your profile.
• Use Meridian Agent Success Tracker™ in a manner consistent with applicable real estate laws, brokerage policies, and professional standards.
• Respect the integrity of activity tracking — the platform's value depends on honest, intentional inputs.
• Engage respectfully with mentors, leaders, peers, and support staff.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

You agree not to:

• Use Meridian Agent Success Tracker™ for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purposes.
• Attempt to access data, dashboards, or accounts you have not been granted visibility into.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Misrepresent your identity, brokerage affiliation, or role.

Meridian Agent Success Tracker™ operates within a transparent leadership model. Designated mentors, leaders, and administrators may view the activity, momentum metrics, and coaching context of agents assigned to them. This visibility is foundational to the accountability the platform is designed to deliver, and is explained in detail in our Privacy Policy.

Meridian Agent Success Tracker™ is designed to support intentional growth through professional accountability and constructive leadership. In-platform messaging, coaching notes, and related communication tools are intended exclusively for professional exchange tied to growth, accountability, and mutual support.

• Communicate respectfully and professionally at all times, as you would within a respected brokerage environment.
• Maintain constructive intent in coaching conversations, feedback, and accountability discussions.
• Respect boundaries: leadership visibility and messaging access are privileges intended to foster growth, not avenues for pressure or intrusion.
• Honor confidentiality: do not share another user's coaching notes, messages, or activity data outside the platform without their consent.

Abusive, harassing, intimidating, or inappropriate behavior is not permitted on the platform. This includes — but is not limited to — unwanted repeated contact, hostile language, discriminatory conduct, threats, or any communication that undermines psychological safety. Coaching visibility and messaging access are responsibilities, not tools for harassment or coercion.

Users who experience or witness inappropriate communication are encouraged to report concerns promptly to platform administrators. Reports are reviewed with professionalism, discretion, and care for the safety of all parties involved.

Meridian Agent Success Tracker™ administrators reserve the right to review reported communications, investigate concerns, and take appropriate action — including warnings, suspension of messaging privileges, or removal from the platform — to preserve the integrity and safety of the community. Violations of platform conduct standards may result in suspension or removal from Meridian Agent Success Tracker™.

Meridian Agent Success Tracker™ captures the activities, milestones, and behaviors you enter to generate momentum signals, scoreboards, and coaching insights. By using the platform, you authorize this tracking for the purpose of supporting your performance, informing your leadership, and improving the system itself.

The Meridian Agent Success Tracker™ name, brand, interface, workflows, content, methodology, and code are the property of Meridian Agent Success Tracker™ and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you input. You grant Meridian Agent Success Tracker™ a limited license to process that data to operate, improve, and support the platform.

We work to provide reliable, continuous access to Meridian Agent Success Tracker™, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, and unforeseen events may temporarily affect service.

Meridian Agent Success Tracker™ is a tool for building consistency and momentum — not a guarantee of transactions, income, or business results. Your outcomes depend on your effort, market conditions, and many factors outside the platform's control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian Agent Success Tracker™, its affiliates, and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amounts paid by you, if any, for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, compromise platform integrity, or are inactive for an extended period. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

We may update these terms periodically as the platform evolves. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of Meridian Agent Success Tracker™ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
