Meridian Agent Success Tracker™ subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you select — monthly or annual — unless you cancel before the next billing date. Your subscription grants continuous access to the platform, including all features tied to your selected plan.
- Monthly plans bill on the same date each month and renew automatically.
- Annual plans bill once per year and renew automatically on the anniversary date.
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal; you retain full access through the end of your current billing period.
Refund Philosophy

Refunds are reviewed with fairness and discretion — balancing customer care with the operational realities of a subscription SaaS business.
Monthly Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once billed. When a monthly charge processes, you retain full platform access through the end of that billing period. Canceling stops future renewals — it does not trigger a refund for the current period.
This approach reflects the nature of ongoing SaaS access: you are paying for continuous service, real-time data, and platform availability throughout the month.
Annual Subscription Refunds
Annual subscriptions represent a commitment to the platform and a meaningful investment in your growth. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis within a limited window after the initial charge or renewal.
- Refund requests for annual plans are reviewed individually based on usage, timing, and circumstance.
- Where approved, refunds may be pro-rated or partial at Meridian Agent Success Tracker™'s discretion.

Billing Errors
We take billing accuracy seriously. If you believe you have been charged in error — including accidental duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or technical processing issues — contact us promptly. We will review and correct valid errors as quickly as possible.
- Duplicate charges will be identified and refunded.
- Incorrect billing amounts caused by platform errors will be corrected.
- Technical processing failures will be investigated and resolved with transparency.
Exceptional Circumstances
Life is unpredictable. We reserve the right to review refund requests outside standard policy for exceptional circumstances — including extended platform unavailability, significant service disruption, or documented hardship. These reviews are conducted with care, discretion, and respect for the individual situation.
