We collect only what is necessary to power your experience, support your growth, and enable transparent coaching:
- Profile details: name, email, phone, brokerage, city, and state.
- Activity tracking: the daily actions, milestones, and behaviors you log.
- Coaching notes: insights, observations, and follow-ups recorded by you or your assigned mentor or leader.
- Messaging: in-platform communications between you, your mentor, your leader, and support.
- Usage analytics: information about how the platform is used so we can improve it.
How We Use Information
- To operate core platform functionality such as the Daily Launch Sequence, scoreboards, and momentum tracking.
- To enable coaching visibility for assigned mentors and leaders.
- To generate engagement analytics that help you and your leadership see patterns in consistency and momentum.
- To improve the platform over time through aggregated operational insights.
- To communicate with you for onboarding, support, and important platform updates.
Leadership Visibility
Meridian Agent Success Tracker™ is built on the belief that accountability and growth flourish in the light. We want you to know — with no ambiguity — who can see your data:
Leaders may view the activity, momentum, and coaching context of the agents directly assigned to them.
Mentors may view the same context for the agents they have been paired with for coaching and development.
Designated administrators may view broader analytics, support data, and system-level information needed to operate the platform.
Agents cannot view other agents' private coaching notes or personal activity outside of intentionally shared scoreboards and visibility features.
Messaging & Coaching Notes
- Direct messages are visible to the sender, recipient, and authorized administrators for support and platform integrity.
- Coaching notes attached to an agent are visible to that agent's assigned mentor, leader, and the agent themselves where appropriate.
- Accountability features — including milestones, streaks, and momentum signals — are intentionally visible within your leadership structure to support intentional growth.
Data Security
We employ industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted transport, secured storage, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring. No system is ever perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the same seriousness you bring to your business.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter to support operational needs, regulatory obligations, and continuity for your brokerage. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time.
Your Rights
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
- Opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
Platform Analytics
We analyze aggregated usage to understand which features support consistency and momentum, where users encounter friction, and how to make the platform stronger. Where possible, analytics used for product improvement are de-identified.
Policy Updates
As Meridian Agent Success Tracker™ evolves, this policy may evolve with it. We will revise the effective date above when we make changes, and we will communicate material updates through the platform.
